Description: Regional Main Contractor founded in 1921 with a turnover in excess of £175 million. This is a highly reputable company that employs over 2000 employees and has a long and established relationship with its clients. This family owned company is now actively seeking an Intermediate, Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyor for their main contractor department based in Colchester.



As a Quantity Surveyor you will be assisting in the successful delivery of projects involving pre and post surveying, including estimation, valuations, variation, day works and buying. The successful candidates will be working on projects ranging from £500K to £10m.



Applicants should be qualified to at least GCSE level and be looking to expand their knowledge and develop their career. Training is encouraged and will be funded through day release programmes or equivalent schemes. Applicants for the Intermediate and Assistant posts should ideally hold a relevant qualification/degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying or possess a willingness to achieve this level.
