Senior Quantity Surveyor



Description: Main contractor dealing with design and build, traditional and refurb contracts of between £500,000 and £5million. This company has enjoyed 75 successful years and has an outstanding reputation across London and the South East.



This company is currently seeking a Snr Quantity Surveyor to work on projects up to £3million. As a Snr Quantity Surveyor you will be carrying out pre and post contract cost management on a variety of projects, manage/assist with cost planning, option analysis, procurement advice and preparation of tender documentation as well as managing the development of younger members of staff. You will also carry out post contract duties such as valuations, cost report management and final account agreements.



Candidates should preferably have experience of working within a similar role, have strong organisation and management skills and be able to work towards a deadline. Candidates should also ideally be degree qualified or equivalent.
