Field Sales Executive



The Company

An exciting opportunity for a field sales executive has arisen to join a well established firm of over 20 years.

The successful business development manager will be joining a world leading on site document destruction organisation which has seen incredible growth this year with plans for this to continue over the next five.

As a territory manager for your allocated area of Colchester/ Essex or you will be offered an unrivalled career opportunity with the UK leader in this field.

The Role

Reporting to the sales manager you will work within a team of area sales executives within the Essex region

Having been trained extensively on consultative selling techniques you will be targeted to generate leads and win business contracts in your allocated area.

You will report to the regional office on a Monday and be field based the rest of the week.



The Person

You will be consultative in nature coupled with a steely determination to succeed which is evident in your previous work history.

The successful sales professional will be from an activity driven business to business environment ideally within the commercial sales arena.

Candidates from advertising/office supplies/office products/waste. management/cleaning/hygiene/washroom services/office equipment/pest control sales backgrounds have previously been successful however all backgrounds will be considered.

Field sales executives need to be living in (or close to) Romford, Ilford, South Sea, Colchester, Clacton, Chelmsford, Dunmow, Harwich, Stratford St Mary



The package

£22,000 Basic salary with 6 month guaranteed commission of pro rata £28,000.

£40,000 Realistic first year’s on target earnings with an uncapped earning potential.

Subsequent years earnings are expected to exceed the above.

Audi A3 or car allowance of £400 per month + business mileage.

Business expensed mobile phone

20 days holidays + stats.



All business development managers will undergo extensive field and classroom based training.
