Our client is in urgent need of a candidate to provide helpdesk remote support for their award winning software products. You will be skilled in offering solutions in an efficient and pleasant way whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism. Investigations may also be project based involving additional members of your team. On occasion, you may be required to visit customer's offices to deliver services on a face-to-face basis. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within a support environment with strong experience of MS SQL Server Scripting and a high level of IT literacy.
