Accountancy Software Support



Full-time position, 40 hours per week, working 9.00am to 18.00pm, Monday to Friday. Our client is in urgent need of a candidate to provide inhouse and remote support for our Accounting software products. You will respond to enquiries from our cients customers received by telephone, email and other media, and you will be offering solutions in an efficient and pleasant way whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality. Sometimes more detailed investigations will require you to work You will be part of a highly skilled team of support professionals that have a focused approach to delivering exceptional customer service. In time will have the opportunity to cross-train to support one or more of our other applications.

You will have experience with SQL scripting essential, knowledge of views and triggers, experience of reading / understanding a programming language (VB, C#, etc) basic understanding of accountancy or bookkeeping
